During the steel materials production, we have strict monitoring measures and indicators, and ensure no chemical composition, mechnical properties and so on technical problems for the steel materials API Std 650 self-anchored flat-bottom tanks. After production, our QC department will conduct another inspection regarding to the steel quantity, dimension, mark and so on points before delivery.
High temperature heat transfer oil fin tube heating device for large API Std 650 self-anchored flat-bottom tanks has the advantage of reducing the leakage of heating coils. The heating medium of the large storage tank heating device is high-temperature heat-conducting oil. The boiling point of the heat-conducting oil is high, usually higher than 200°C. At high temperatures, the pressure on the heat-conducting oil circulation pipeline is very small, which greatly reduces the occurrence of heating coil leakage accidents. At the same time, the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the tube is guaranteed.
The horizontal projection of the roof plate within the compression-ring region is 4.9 x 0.866 = 4.25 in., which fulfills the requirement of API 620 tank standard 5.12.5.1. The required area and horizontal projection can be provided by any of the standard angles listed in Table F-3.Any of these angles may be used in accordance with the details of Figure 5-6, detail a or b, but if details c, h, or i in Figure 5-6 were intended, the net area of the angle must be calculated by deducting the area expected to be lost by corrosion from that part of the angle surface that is exposed to the interior of the tank.
