The highest design temperature of API standard 650 insulated tanks

In line with the service concept of "honesty first, customer first" and the service tenet of "all for customer satisfaction", the company adopts the acceptance and response mode of combining manual and automatic, and accepts the diversified service demands of customer business consultation, complaint declaration, business acceptance, etc. through telephone, fax, e-mail, visit, letter, etc.In this project, a cylindrical tank 62 ft 6 in. in diameter is designed for an internal pressure of 4 lbf/in.2 gauge in the vapor space. The plate material is ASTM A131 steel with appropriate grades for different plate thicknesses in accordance with Table 4-1 for a design metal temperature less than 65°F but not less than 25°F. No corrosion allowance is required for any portion of the tank. The top course of the butt-welded cylindrical sidewall is 1/4 in. thick. The roof is a single lap-welded spherical dome with an internal radius of 50 ft and a thickness of 1/4 in. The maximum design liquid level is 6 in. below the plane of the juncture of the tank API standard 650 insulated tanks roof and sidewall.Structural features of API 650 double-layer oil tank: steel glass fiber reinforced plastic double-layer structure, special processing method is adopted between the API standard 650 insulated tanks internal steel shell and glass fiber reinforced plastic layer, so that a gap of 0.1 mm is created between the internal and external layers. Even if the API 650 oil storage tank leaks, it can ensure that the contained dangerous substances only flow in the gap, and will not immediately overflow the external environment.We had a wonderful trip in Phuket Island, Thailand. At the end of 2019, in order to thank employees for their hard work for a year and enrich their lives, our company organized a pleasant trip to Phuket Island, Thailand. The tour lasted 6 days and 5 nights, and returned by plane on the evening of December 27. We took off in Zhengzhou at about 5 o'clock in the afternoon on the 22th December.In order to prevent the deformation of the bottom of metal vertical API standard 650 insulated tanks during welding, comprehensive control measures such as strict control of assembly geometry size, reasonable welding procedure, process control of welding deformation and rigid fixation are adopted during assembly welding. The specific methods are as follows:
1. Strictly control welding groove forming of API standard 650 insulated tanks.
2. Strictly control the size of tank welding seam assembly.
3. Define the welding sequence of tank bottom plate.
4. Reasonable distribution of welders.
