Fixed roof API 650 anchored tanks

Our company will set up a full-time service engineer for the project, who is responsible for the interface and coordination of technical support and after-sales service of the API 650 anchored tanks project. In response process of customer service center, in case of technical support and after-sales service demand, the user shall contact the full-time engineer of API 650 anchored tanks customer service center, and the technical personnel will give corresponding answers and on-site treatment according to the needs of users.

There is no dome roof in the top of the vertical external floating roof oil storage tank, only the disc floating roof which can float up and down. The wall plates are connected by butt welding, and the construction is usually carried out by the forward installation method, and the storage capacity is usually more than 10000 cubic meters. Vertical internal floating roof API 650 anchored tanks has both dome roof and internal floating roof. The internal floating roof floats on the liquid surface inside the dome roof oil tank and can float up and down. The storage capacity is usually between 1000 and 10000 cubic meters.

The refrigerated tank primary components shall include, but will not be limited to, the following parts of a single-wall tank or of the inner tank API 650 anchored tanks in a double-wall tank: shell plates; bottom plates; knuckle plates; compression rings; and shell manways and nozzles including reinforcement, shell anchors, piping, tubing, forgings, and bolting. Roof nozzles in contact with the refrigerated liquid shall be considered primary components.
