ASTM A216 grade WCB external floating roofs API standard 650 SUG III tanks
API was established in 1919. It is the first national-level business association in the United States. It is one of the earliest and most successful chambers of commerce in the world to formulate standards. An important task of API API standard 650 SUG III tanks is to be responsible for API 650 oil storage tanks and natural gas. Standardization of industrial equipment to ensure the safety, reliability and interchangeability of equipment used in the industry.
The most popular standards for API standard 650 SUG III tanks are API Std 650, JIS B8501, BS2654, GB50341, etc. The formulas used in each standard are derived from the hoop stress calculation formula of membrane theory. Combined with the stress characteristics of API standard 650 SUG III tanks, plus the allowable stress, weld coefficient and additional wall thickness, the wall thickness calculation formula is complete. The allowable stress and weld coefficient are determined according to the material performance characteristics and construction technology level of each country. According to different API standard 650 SUG III tanks standards, the calculation results of tank wall thickness are sometimes quite different.
The thickness of the API standard 650 SUG III tanks annular bottom plates shall be in accordance with Table Q-4 (for steel or aluminum, as applicable). The thicknesses shown are minimums. The ring of annual plates shall have a circular outside circumference, but it may have a regular polygonal shape inside the tank shell with the number of sides equal to the number of annular plates. These pieces shall be butt-welded in accordance with Q.7.1.1, Item b. The plates of the first shell course shall be attached to the annular bottom plates by a weld as required by API 620 oil tank 5.9.5 except when a full-penetration weld is used or required (see Q.7.1.1). Butt-welds in annular plates shall be not closer than 12 in. from any vertical weld.
The salesman of the company is familiar with all aspects of knowledge. Understand the company profile: group, company profile, various honor certification, enterprise's functional strength and other advantages analysis. Know the main product brand types and specifications of the company, and know the special knowledge of the product (production process and advantages of the product, simple identification method of product quality, etc.)
Accept the inquiry from the owner of the goods and the inquiry by sea: master the port and price from the port of shipment to all continents and routes, and the port and price that the owner often needs to serve; the shipping schedule information of the main shipping companies; when necessary, ask the owner of the inquiry for some category information, such as the name of the goods, the level of danger, etc. (water hazard code).
