API Std 650 SUG II tanks scaffold-cable support

This specification, in conjunction with API 650 Standard, prescribes minimum standards for the API Std 650 SUG II tanks design, supply fabrication, erection, and testing of field erected welded steel storage tanks complete with accessories as specified herein and as shown on attached datasheets and/or drawings.

Impact Tests for High Alloys
Impact tests are not required for oil steel storage material nickel alloy welds made with electrodes/filler metals covered by AWS Specification A5.11 or AWS Specification A5.14, provided the nominal nickel content is 50% or greater, and the weld is deposited by the shielded metal-arc welding (SMAW), gas metal-arc welding (GMAW), gas tungsten-arc welding (GTAW), or plasma-arc welding (PAW) processes. When A5.11/A5.14 specifies the nickel content as a “remainder,” the nickel content shall be determined by summing the maximum specified values of the other elements (use the average specified value for elements with specified ranges) and subtracting from 100%.

Large-scale vertical API Std 650 SUG II tanks mostly use internal tank bottom heating coils to heat the medium stored in the storage tanks. The heating coils are mostly smooth tube structures arranged in an annular circle along the bottom of the API Std 650 SUG II tanks. Commonly used heating methods include hot oil circulation heating method and hot water steam circulation heating method. The hot oil circulation heating method is to continuously extract part of the liquid medium from the storage tank, and then return it to the container to mix with the medium in the tank after heating, and the heat is quickly transferred through mechanical stirring.

On November 1st, our company organized some of company staff to visit Zhengzhou Children Welfare Institute, and gave children cookies and toys, as well as concerns to the Children. The trend of international shipping development of large-scale ships and strategic joint ventures puts forward higher requirements for modern ports. Modern ports no longer use the general cargo throughput as a measure sign, and container throughput will become the main sign to measure the role and status of modern ports. The average container capacity in 2000 is 3200teu, and it is expected to be 5500teu in 2020.

Before delivering our hot rolled plate product we apply various tests to check the quality of carbon steel API Std 650 SUG II tanks plates such as- mechanical test, chemical test, hardness test, toughness test, eddy current test, impact test, micro test, flaring test, flattening test, etc. We are provided best packing for structural steel plates to avoid rust.
