After the tank is filled with water and before the pneumatic pressure is applied, anchorage, if provided, shall be tightened against the hold-down brackets. The company shall select technical personnel, quality inspectors and material personnel with organizational ability and construction management experience to participate in the API standard 650 ambient temperature tanks project construction.
