API 650 ambient temperature tanks for liquid products storage
The API 650 specification provides guidelines for the API 650 ambient temperature tanks design, manufacturing, materials, installation and inspection of welded vertical and cylindrical tanks. Such containers must be on the ground and have a closed or open top.
The thickness of the API 650 ambient temperature tanks annular bottom plates shall be in accordance with Table Q-4 (for steel or aluminum, as applicable). The thicknesses shown are minimums. The ring of annual plates shall have a circular outside circumference, but it may have a regular polygonal shape inside the tank shell with the number of sides equal to the number of annular plates. These pieces shall be butt-welded in accordance with Q.7.1.1, Item b. The plates of the first shell course shall be attached to the annular bottom plates by a weld as required by API 620 oil tank 5.9.5 except when a full-penetration weld is used or required (see Q.7.1.1). Butt-welds in annular plates shall be not closer than 12 in. from any vertical weld.
In order to prevent the deformation of the bottom of metal vertical storage tank, API 650 ambient temperature tanks during welding, the number of welders should be reasonably distributed. When welding metal vertical API 650 ambient temperature tanks, personnel and welding position shall be reasonably allocated according to the actual situation of welding personnel, and random welding is not allowed.
Management concept: integrity is the cornerstone, talent is the foundation, and service is the key.Business philosophy: to keep faith, to win by quality, customer first, win-win development.Based on integrity, win customers with good reputation, win competition with excellent product quality, improve service with customer orientation, and pursue the goal of win-win development in cooperation with customers.Sincerely welcome customers to visit and negotiate business.
The trend of international shipping development of large-scale ships and strategic joint ventures puts forward higher requirements for modern ports. Modern ports no longer use the general cargo throughput as a measure sign, and container throughput will become the main sign to measure the role and status of modern ports. The average container capacity in 2000 is 3200teu, and it is expected to be 5500teu in 2020.
The 365 day service system is implemented, and the business, loading and delivery are handled as usual in holidays and festivals. Actively help users solve difficulties. When users encounter difficulties in handling business, they should actively coordinate with the external solution; if they need to solve the problems internally, they should solve them in a timely manner without prevarication and wrangling. In line with the API 650 ambient temperature tanks principle of "fairness, justice and timeliness", coordinate with relevant departments and deal with all kinds of objections in a timely manner.
