Upon completion of API 650 aboveground oil storage tanks construction, provide Purchase with a Vendor's Certification that the tank conforms to the requirements of API 650 and to the additional requirements as specified.
Allowable Design StressesThe maximum allowable design stresses for the API 650 aboveground oil storage tanks materials outlined in Q.2.1 shall be in accordance with Table Q-3.The values for the allowable design tensile stress given in Table Q-3 for materials other than bolting steel are the lesser of (a) 331/3% of the specified minimum ultimate tensile strength for the material or (b) 662/3% of the specified minimum yield strength, but they are 75% of the specified minimum yield strength for the stainless steel, nickel alloy, and aluminum materials. Allowable test stresses are based on the limitation of API 620 oil tank storage standard Q.8.1.3.

Every after-sales service shall have a detailed record of the customer's product problems and handling methods. The records shall be sorted into volumes and filed on a monthly basis, and submitted to the technical department for filing. The problems found in the after-sales service shall be summarized in a timely manner, discussed with the technical department, the quality inspection department and the production department, and a proper solution shall be proposed for the technical department to improve in a timely manner;
