Even not come to inspect the steel materials before delievry, our quality control departemnt will also send inspection report to the customer. For each order, no matter its quantity and value, our quality control departemnt will make strict inspection before delivery, the inspection contents include apperance, tolerance, dimension, mark, special requirements of customers, etc. To guarantee our steel materials sent to the customer is qualified.

After using for a certain period of time, it is necessary to check the corrosion protection of the metal oil tank and paint the outer wall of the API standard 650 duplex stainless steel tanks with anti-corrosion paint. The inlet and outlet valves of API standard 650 duplex stainless steel tanks shall be inspected and maintained regularly to ensure they are in good condition. Oil tank will produce a lot of dirt when it is stored for a long time. Usually, the cleaning cycle of metal oil tank is about three to five years.

Charpy V-notch specimens shall be taken from the weld metal and from the heat-affected zone of the welding procedure qualification test plates or from duplicate test plates.
Weld metal impact specimens shall be taken across the weld with the notch in the API 620 oil tank material weld metal. The specimen shall be oriented so that the notch is normal to the surface of the material. One face of the specimen shall be substantially parallel to and within 1/16 in. of the surface.
