API Std 650 SUG I tanks hose systems
Oil, Gas, Chemical, Water, and Bio-Fuel storage. Maximum of the most common welded steel tanks used in industry are designed following API 650. Tanks typically found in Refinery API Std 650 SUG I tanks tank farms, Terminals, Pipelines, and other process facilities use these tanks.
Oil storage tank with floating roof structure: The floating roof in the API Std 650 SUG I tanks oil storage tank can effectively reduce the volatilization consumption of oil, because the gas space on the oil liquid surface in the floating roof storage tank is small, the exhaust volume is low, and the breathing loss is very small. That can reduce the volatilization loss caused by the "big breath" of the API Std 650 SUG I tanks. Strengthen the inspection and maintenance of API Std 650 SUG I tanks: regularly check the sealing conditions of oil storage tanks, and check and maintain important auxiliary equipment to ensure good sealing performance.
The API 620 large storage tank nozzle neck is fabricated by welding from 1/2-in. plate. The materials in the tank wall, the nozzle neck, and the reinforcing pad conform to ASTM A442 Grade 55. The main joints in the tank wall are fully radiographed, double-welded butt joints. The longitudinal joint in the nozzle neck is of the same type API Std 650 SUG I tanks but is not radiographed; however, the longitudinal joint and all other parts of the nozzle-and-wall-plate assembly have been shop stress relieved after fabrication, as required by 5.25. The adequacy of the reinforcement and attachment welds shown in Figure F-6 shall be determined.
When talking about our team, it is hard not to mention our QC department (Quality Control). We have built strict qualitycontrol system to guarantee the steel quality. During the steel materials production, we have strict monitoring measures and indicators, and ensure no chemical composition, mechnical properties and so on technical problems for the steel materials API Std 650 SUG I tanks. After production, our QC department will conduct another inspection regarding to the steel quantity, dimension, mark and so on points before delivery.
Management information and high efficiency. Because of the rapid flow of API Std 650 SUG I tanks goods, container multimodal transport and "door-to-door" transport, it is required that the port must have a modern information network, so that it can have the comprehensive capabilities of all-weather access, rapid loading and unloading, customs clearance, collection, distribution, storage and transportation
